All web-transactions of the website www.retali.gr , appertain to the company just mentioned. Please read these terms carefully before using this eshop. By using this website, users signify their assent and agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms you should immediately discontinue any use of this eshop. 5. Search and Purchase of Products
In order to help you search and purchase products of our websites, we have created a very simple process: You may use the search button to find very easily the products you desire. If you wish to purchase a product and make an order you may choose the most convenient payment method and fill the order’s form.
After completing the ‘order process’ you will receive an automated confirmation email, which will provide you with all the necessary information regarding your order. You will also receive a second email containing useful information regarding dispatch and delivery.
In case any pending issues should arise, we will send you an e-mail or contact you at the telephone you will have registered. To this end, we highly recommend you to inform us of any changes regarding your contact information while your order is still pending, to make sure you receive all e-mails and to keep all e-mails during the order process.
Retali.gr reserves the right to cancel any order due to no availability or elimination of a product.
6. Prices
All prices shown on the product pages of the website include VAT. Products in www.retali.gr, include the Greek VAT. reserves the right to modify the price of its products at any time without prior notice. The Retali.gr House may modify the price of a product after modifications on one or more of its natural characteristics, such as size. Retali.gr will use its best endeavors to verify the accuracy of any information written on its official website, concerning product prices and descriptions. However, it makes no warranties in relation to the accuracy, reliability and completeness of such information. Despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on the site may be incorrectly priced. Moreover, the prices of the products do not include extra costs, such as: shipping costs and products’ custom clearance (taxes and import duties – for non E.U. countries) which are charged to the recipient.

You can use your Credit/Debit Card to pay for your order. Please remember to put your exact personal details in the payment address, because our system verifies if you are entitled to use this credit card.
Pay with PayPal
The renowned way of making Payments Online.
Pay with Bank Deposit
You can make a bank deposit or an online bank transfer to one of our Business Accounts.
Please remember to send us an email with your payment. Kindly, be advised that, when you choose to pay with Bank Deposit, you have 48 hours to make the payment and notify us with an email.
Your order will be reserved for 48 hours. If the payment has not been made within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and the items will be released. Your order will be dispatched, once funds have been verified in our account.

You can cancel your order only in the two following cases:
1. Before completing and verifying your order
Through the online order process you can go to “My Shopping Bag” and click on the ‘X button (Remove).
2. After completing your order, ONLY IF it has not yet been dispatched*

9. Shipping Cost and Delivery Time
The Retali.gr store always makes sure that there is the necessary stock of products, however, in case a product is non available, please contact us for information on the availability of the product.
Ready-made orders within Greece are delivered from 1 to 2 working days, depending on the accessibility of the area. In case the products are non available and have to be produced from the beginning, it may take an additional 2 weeks until the process is completed.
The execution time of the orders is estimated from 1-2 working days, if the product is immediately available. In case the product is not immediately available, you will be informed by relevant email within 48 hours from the day you placed your order.
By sending the order, we send you the corresponding Shipping Number (Tracking Number) by email to the email address you have stated.
The delivery time of courier orders is estimated at 1-2 working days for Greece and 5-10 working days for Cyprus. For shipments performed by a transport company the delivery time can exceed one week.
Orders are executed with Speedex Courier.
For shipments within Greece up to three kilos the cost of transport is 3.5 €, for each additional kilo the cost is 1 € / kg.
For shipments in Cyprus up to three kilos the cost of transport is 10 €, for each additional kilo the cost is 2 € / kg.
In case of cash on delivery, you will be charged 2 € for the cash on delivery costs.
For orders that will be sent by shipping, due to volume, a telephone call will be made for information on the cost and delivery time.
Delivery time for foreign orders can not be fixed because according to the legislation of each country, the customs can keep parcels for a long time until they are released.
10. Refund Policy
The Retali.gr store hopes that you will be happy with your purchases. In case for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return your order within 14 days from the day of receipt. You can return the product in any way you wish. Either to replace a product or to proceed with a refund.
A necessary condition for the returns to be accepted is that the products that will be returned are in excellent condition in the original shipping package and with the purchase receipt enclosed.

Returns will be credited to the card used to make the purchase. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receiving the products in our store.
In any case, the cost of the return is borne by the sender (you). Except in rare cases where the product is defective. Then the shipping costs are covered by our store. In the rare case that the product you received is defective, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue and proceed with the replacement of the product.
In case of a refund, one you have paid with a credit card the money is credited to the credit card account. If you have paid by bank deposit or cash on delivery, the refund is made to a bank account that you indicate.
In no case are the shipping and cash on delivery costs reimbursed.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the product and if its completeness is checked.
In case the product is not returned within 14 days, our company may not accept any return or replacement.
All products manufactured in accordance with the specifications you have set as a consumer (such as fabrics by specific dimensions) are excluded from the right of return as they can not be returned to their original value in our store.
In case of a defective product (with obvious defects such as flanges, bars, color deviations and after they have not been previously washed) or sending the wrong product, our store undertakes its complete replacement or refund without any shipping costs. 11. Return Policy
You have the right to return an order and to ask for an exchange with another, strictly within 30 days from the date you have received your order.
By requesting an exchange you will be charged with:
- The shipping cost
- The insurance cost
- The product clearance cost (regarding non-E.U. Countries)
If the value of the new order is lower than the value of the initial order, the company will not refund you the difference. This difference will be credited to the customer’s name for future purchases.

- The Customer Service Department will send you the ‘Return of Products’ form.

When your order has been delivered, we recommend you to personally check the packaging and the product’s condition.
Change of already returned products will not be allowed.
