In case you wish to return the product you have purchased from our online store, from the category “ready made products”, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, following a telephone notification.

Necessary condition for the returns to be accepted is the products that will be returned to be in excellent condition in the original shipping package and with the purchase receipt enclosed.

Any return costs will be covered by the buyer.

In case of a product change you must indicate the new product you wish by email at or by telephone.

In case of refund, if you have paid by credit card the money will be credited back to the associated account. If you have paid by bank deposit or cash on delivery, the refund will be made to a bank account that you indicate. 

Shipping and cash on delivery costs are refundable only if goods you bought turn out to be faulty.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Please note that in case the product is not returned within 14 days, our company may not accept any return or replacement.

All products manufactured in accordance with the specifications you have set as a consumer (such as fabrics by the meter) are excluded from the right of return.

In case of a defective product (with obvious defects such as flanges, color deviations and if they have not been previously washed) or receiving a wrong product, our online store undertakes its complete replacement or refund without any shipping costs.
