How can I place an order?
First you have to choose the fabric you wish to buy, then you have to define the measures and finally click on add to cart. After completing your purchase click on “Checkout”. Fill in your personal details and select the payment method. Then click Complete Order. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email.
How can I pay for my online purchase?

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number, so you will be able to track your parcel by clicking here.
Can I return the items?
In case you wish to return the product you have purchased from our online store, from the category “ready made products”, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, following a telephone notification. Necessary condition for the returns to be accepted is the products that will be returned to be in excellent condition in the original shipping package and with the purchase receipt enclosed. Any return costs will be covered by the buyer.
All products manufactured in accordance with the specifications you have set as a consumer (such as fabrics by the meter) are excluded from the right of return.
What do I do if the product I ordered is delivered to me with some defect?
In case of a defective product (with obvious defects such as flanges, colour deviations and if they have not been previously washed) or receiving a wrong product, our online store undertakes its complete replacement or refund without any shipping costs. Can I request free fabric samples?
Yes, you can request free fabric samples, paying the shipping cost.
Will the fabric arrive rolled or folded?
4m and under will be folded, any larger orders will be rolled. All artificial leather fabrics and velvet fabrics will be sent rolled to avoid creasing.
Do you stock all fabrics shown on the website?
Although we have a huge variety of fabrics, we cannot guarantee that all fabrics on our website are in stock. If you want to check a particular stock prior to placing your order, contact us directly with a phone call at 26610 40675
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If the item you have chosen is in stock we will usually aim to dispatch within approximately 3 working days. If we need to order in your chosen fabric or product we will send you an approximate delivery date once the order has been placed.
